Guacamole
INGREDIENTS
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 lime juice
- 3 green onions
- Paprika
- Chili or Tabasco
- Salt, Pepper

Makes a great snack, enjoy it with homemade veggie sticks
In a bowl, press the avocado with a fork.
Chop the green onions and squeeze the lemons. Add to the pressed avocado.
Add 1 teasp of paprika and 1/4 to 1/2 teasp of chili or tabasco (depending on your taste).
Enjoy it as a dip with veggie sticks.
