Your Pregnancy

It's all about prevention here! Our program helps prevent gestational diabetes, manage weight gain, increase your daily energy and feel good throughout your pregnancy. Moreover, it is designed to prepare you and your body for the demands of labor and delivery. We will build the endurance and strength required for giving birth.

Postpartum week 0 to 6

We developed some very specific recovery sessions focused on postpartum diastasis recti recovery that can be done before your 6 weeks check up. The idea is to help you reconnect to your body and begin your recovery work with some very gentle evidence-based exercises.

Postpartum Life

With our specific breathing-based approach, we will focus on re-strengthening your core and your pelvic floor recovery. Session after session, you will be stronger, more confident and feel like your old self again in your new mom's body.

What does a session with your guide look like?

1.Posture and mobility exercises:

Our session will begin with a gentle warm up and address any mobility issues you might have. Then, we move to our posture-based exercises. Posture is a very important aspect of our program since bad postural habits can be in the way of healing diastasis recti or pelvic floor issues.

2.Abdominal and Pelvic Floor connection:

That’s the cornerstone of our approach! Without a proper core-pelvic floor connection, you can’t move around and exercise properly without the risk of getting hurt, it’s that simple.

Your guide will teach you how to safely engage and control these muscles during your pregnancy and/or after giving birth.

3.Strengthening exercises:

Our goal here is to get you stronger and prepare you for the demands of motherhood. Holding a baby while you’re moving around, and motherhood itself, requires some physical strength.

That’s why we developed specific exercises based on these new activities you’d have to perform in your mom life. Good bye body aches and discomforts!

4.Cool down and relaxation:

Our clients favorite part of the session! Your guide will guide you through some gentle stretches and guided meditation meant to help you develop a positive mindset. This will leave you recharged to take on your day!

Yes! No prior fitness experience is required.

Before diving into your program, we will conduct an assessment session to further understand your needs and goals.

From there, we will design an exercise program centered around mindful movement and suited to your fitness level.

Very little! We will send you some links to the kind of equipment we use in our program. Usually a set of resistance band, a set of Theraband elastic bands, a small pilates ball and a pair of 10lbs dumbbells.

Yes! Your program will be personalized to your needs. Leslie, your guide, is a prenatal and postpartum expert with more than 11 years of experience.

She will design a highly-specific program to prepare you for the demands of birth and labor, and meeting you where you are in your journey.  She only uses evidence-based exercises.

Yes! It’s never too late! After going over your assessment session, we will design your program around birth prep to get you ready to push!

Yes! Leslie, your guide, has developed a highly specific early postpartum protocol respecting all postpartum challenges and safe to be done before your 6 weeks check up.

No exercise making you move around are included in that part of the program. We are all about helping you recover from birth and prepare your abdominal and pelvic floor recovery with breathing-based gentle exercises.

Yes! Especially if you still feel that your abdominal muscles are weak and/or you experience intercourse pain, hip pain, urinary incontinence or even just that “everything isn’t right down there”.

Yes, yes and yes! We focus on core-pelvic floor re-connection in that program.

This is a staple and mandatory step to heal your diastasis recti.

Leslie, your guide, adapts all the exercises she uses in your program to be diastasis recti safe. Your entire program will be based on your personal goals and healing your diastasis if you experience it.

Yes! As for diastasis recti, we focus on core-pelvic floor re-connection in that program.

This is a staple and mandatory step to address any urinary incontinence or pelvic floor dysfunction.

We still advise you to seek for the help of a physical therapist if needed. Our program is actually recommended by PTs and completely complement their work.

Posture-based exercises: we place a great emphasis on correcting your posture during and after your pregnancy. This is a mandatory step to address any weaknesses, imbalances  or past injuries you might be suffering from.

Mobility exercises: exercises that are designed to help you restore your body’s mobility, avoid injuries, and improve your flexibility.

Core and pelvic floor connection: the staple of our approach. With our re-patterning breathing exercises, you will develop stronger abs and learn to control your pelvic floor muscles. It’s a non-negotiable for birth prep and postpartum recovery.

Strengthening exercises: perfect to help you develop the strength needed to feel better in your own body and in your daily life.

Cardio exercises: endurance is such an important aspect of birth prep but also of postpartum recovery. We use a very specific strategy to prepare you for the demands of labor and help you increase your fitness level as an extremely busy new mom who needs tons of energy!

Mindful movement: each and every of our exercises are designed with mindful movement in head. We use only exercises that are designed to function and feel better. Moreover, with her extensive experience as a DO, Leslie has a one-of-a-kind eye to see what is holding you and come up with strategies to help you move and feel better.

Relax and unwind: we use guided meditations and stretches exercise to help you decrease your stress level and work on your mindset.

Yes! We do offer nutrition and health coaching as an optional add-on.

We don’t have a refund policy at the moment.

However, we have a 24h cancellation policy, up to 2 times per month.

We understand that life happens and allow cancellations at no fee when done within a 24h window, maximum twice in a month.
