Salmon Balls

Dice the salmon filet, chop the shallots, cilantro, garlic and squeeze the limes.

Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the salmon, shallots and garlic. Stir, add pepper and salt.

Once fully cooked, transfer everything in a mixer. Add the lime juice and mix in little chunks. Add the capers, the egg and cilantro.

Transfer everything in a bowl and hand-mix it. Form little balls.

Heat 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a pan and cook the balls in it. Fried them until cooked. Don’t hesitate to turn the balls to make sure they’re cooked on every side.
