Beef Ramen

Heat a pot of salted boiling water.

Thoroughly rinse the spinach and mushrooms. Chop the garlic and onion.

In a little bowl, combine the rice vinegar, the soy sauce, the sesame seeds oil and the miso paste. Whisk together.

Cut the steak in slices. Heat the olive oil in a fry pan and cook the spinach and mushrooms together. Transfer to a plate. In the same pan, cook the beef. Add salt and pepper. Add the garlic and onions. Add 3/4 of the sauce you prepared to the meat. Top with water to make a broth.

Add the veggies to the meat. Let it cook on low heat.

Cook the noodles in the boiling water ( generally 2 to 4 minutes).

Serve in bowls: add the drained noodles to the veggies and meat mix.
