Not your regular lactation bites! Super yummy, fresh and delicious, these are the perfect snacks for busy postpartum moms!
This recipe is not mine – I wish I came with that one though 😂 – but it comes from the Majka website. I discover this postpartum brand a few months ago and immediately fell in love with them. Their mission is perfectly aligned with mine: elevate today’s postpartum care and give access to postpartum moms to a healthy and nourishing lifestyle.
I decided to be an affiliate of this brand. Their products are made with lots of care, and I mean, who can resist their beautiful color palette and packaging?
To be fully transparent, being an affiliate means that if you decide to purchase some of their products through the links in this blog article, I will earn a small commission.

So now, why are lactation bites interesting? They are:
To make it even more delicious, add a little bit of berry jam on top or dip into a spoonful of peanut butter 😉
15 minutes
Blueberries, Strawberries or Raspberries, be creative, choose what makes you feel good!
Thoroughly rinse the blueberries. Pat them with a paper towel and make sure they are dry.
You will need muffin tins for this recipe. You can lay some parchment paper at the bottom if you want to remove the cheesecakes easily.
If your Majka Lactaction bites where in the fridge, let them come to room temperature first or warm them up in the microwave for 15-20 seconds on medium power.
Cut each bites in 2 halves. Place them in the muffin tins and press down with your fingers until they fit perfectly and are forming a thin and compact crust at the bottom of your cheesecakes.
In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and the cream cheese with the maple syrup and vanilla extract. You want to end up with a creamy and smooth texture.
On each crust, add about 2 tbsp of cheesecake filling. Tip: tap the tray on the counter to make them even and avoid any air bubble. Top with fresh blueberries or other berries.
Transfer to the freezer for 4 to 6 hours.
Before serving, let them sit at room temperature for about 8-10 minutes. Top with a tea spoon of your favorite jam!
Not your average lactation bites! This recipe is the perfect treat in a busy day. No time? Ask your mother in law or best friend to do it for you!
