Instructions for preparing this chia berries pudding:

  1. Start by cutting the 1/2 cup of berries in halves. You can add some at the bottom of your bowl or jar.
  2. Whisk the Greek yogurt or any other type of yogurt of your choice (I love using even coconut cream). Then, season with honey. Finish by adding the Chia seeds to the mix.
  3. Top the berries at the bottom of your container with the yogurt. If you have remaining berries, add them on the top and also in the middle if you’d like.
  4. When finished, store the jar in the fridge and enjoy the following morning or a few hours after!
