Rinse and soak the garbanzo beans. Keep the liquid in a bowl.

Transfer them in a food processor and add the tahini, garlic, salt and pepper. Add 3 tbsp of liquid. Process everything.

Add the olive while while the food processor is running.

Optional: sprinkle with Sesame seeds and/or add paprika.

Transfer to your individual jars or boxes and enjoy with cut veggies!

This  snack ready-to-go will provide you proteins, iron, folate and zinc for a healthy mom and baby!
