Upper body mini band workout step-by-step breakdown:

This mini band workout is cut into 4 exercises. We perform 10 repetitions of each and then repeat it all over again. Let’s have a closer look:

Exercise 1: Biceps curls

  • Grab the band with one hand and keep down
  • Grab the end of the loop with your opposite hand. Start down, breathe out and bring your hand up and perform a curl
  • Repeat 10 times on each side

Exercise 2: Chest press and hip bridges

  • Lie on your back
  • Take the mini band in each hand and keep the tension at all times
  • Your arms are on the floor at your sides
  • On each exhale, push one  hand up at a time, and push your hips up at the same time
  • Repeat 10 times total

Exercise 3: Bent over rows

  • Place one foot in the loop
  • Push your opposite foot back and your hips back
  • Your back is staying nice and long
  • Grab the band
  • Every time you breathe out, bring your elbow up and keep it close to your body
  • Repeat 10 times on each side

Exercise 4: Lateral raises

  • Take the band with one hand and keep it to your chest
  • With your opposite hand, grab the other end and bring your hand down
  • Breathe out, and bring your hand to the side at shoulder level
  • Repeat 10 times on each side
